Fair Spirit Shipping is looking for Operations Manager candidates
JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES :
Identify, develop and direct the implementation of business strategy.
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support receiving support from the Operations Director of the Group.
Receive, analyze and audit requests, consumption, and claims from locations and take necessary actions.
Ensure mobilization of personnel/materials to locations.
Coordinate and monitor operational Budgets.
Evaluate performance against budgets and cause remedial action to be taken against unacceptable variances.
Assist in formulating business Strategies.
Enforce SOP compliance for quality and hygiene.
Undertake crew change / time tracking for expatriates.
REQUIREMENTS.:
Five years experience in the same role or similar with Catering Company or Hotel organizations.
Charisma, Pragmatism, sociable
Fluent in English
