Applications are archived and cataloged after a careful vetting process, taking into account the seafarer’s employment history, qualifications and certifications, his on-the-job conduct, teaming qualities, safety record and ability to function at peak performance in a challenging work schedule.

Even our technical teams and non- officer grade recruits have to be IMO & STCW certified.
